My colleagues, students and their parents regularly comment that I am extremely organised educator. The classroom environment I create alongside my students is colourful, positive, bright and happy.
I believe it is very important to celebrate student work. I ensure that the displays I create highlight the wonderful work my students do in class and are updated regularly.
I ensure that the classroom environment is organised and well labelled so that my students can access fantastic resources to assist them with lessons.
By arranging my Numeracy resources in tubs the students are able to easily access manipulatives independently which assist them with Numeracy lessons.
When possible, I work with my students and their families to create interactive displays about the topics my students are learning about. This was a display my class and I created for the topic 'Past, Present and Future'.
